Everything that we serve is made fresh daily in our kitchen. Our salsas and guacamole are made from market-fresh tomatoes and avocados delivered each morning. We prepare our meats on site and season them overnight in our distinctive marinades that are made from scratch. Our cheese and sour creams are sourced from the highest quality sources where they are made from real dairy with no added preservatives or fillers. It’s a bit more work, but we think you will notice the difference that real food made the right way tastes.
There are no microwaves, steamers or hot water baths in our kitchen – just a good old fashioned, three foot, flame-throwing grill! We think that properly barbecued chicken or steak just tastes better, and we are sure you will agree!

The idea behind Freshwest Grill was simple: bring the Southwest’s unique fusion of spices and flavours to Canada with an attention to quality and freshness that is unrivaled. Really, who doesn’t love Pico de Gallo salsa, made with ripe tomatoes, red onion and cilantro, or flame-grilled sirloin steak, drenched in a home-made chipotle marinade. We source our ingredients locally (where possible) to ensure the full-flavour and freshness that comes from perfectly ripened produce.
